HELPFUL INFORMATION FOR OUR GUESTS
Our nursery and early-childhood classes provide a warm, nurturing, and well-
supervised program for your child. If you have young children with you today,
we encourage you to take them to one of these classes.
If you decide to take your young child or infant with you into the service, please
be aware that we have a room available if you need to take your baby out. Our
Bawl Room is located in Room 14 of our Sunday school addition. This room is
set up with a closed circuit TV so you will not miss any of the service. Ask any
greeter for directions.
If you need any help finding a classroom or have any questions, please see
one of our ushers or greeters or hall monitors (will have name tags on).
Please do not feel obligated to participate in the offering. The offering is for
regular attendees and members who consider Faith to be their church home.
Are you interested in finding out more about Faith? Join us for Membership
Class 201 on Sunday, April 15th 2012 from 2:00 to 6:00 pm. In this four hour
class, we will look together at how God designed the church to meet our
deepest needs, what our church believes and talk about how you can become
a part of this church family. We also offer (upon request) a children's class for
ages 12 and under. If interested, please call the church office (962-6335) to
sign up for this class. A growing church is a healthy church.
Want to get the message of Faith out? We now broadcast last Sunday's
sermon on our church website (faithbaptistcovington.net).
• CD's or DVD's are available of our Sunday morning sermons. Sign up at
our Welcome Center.
• Hearing Device Available: Pick up a wireless hearing device at the sound
room. Sit anywhere and hear the service in a clear audible sound in a volume
you choose.
• Resource Library (Room 16)
Books can be taken out on the honor system and returned to the shelf here
you got them from.

The Victory Bible Class taught by Bro. Billy is beginning a new study on the book of Isaiah
on Wednesday nights. This class meets in the Worship Center at 7pm.

• “Connections Table” now in the front lobby, next to the welcome table. This table will
be a central location for any outreach projects that are currently available to participate in.
• Our Drama Team produced the sermon video for this week, they also do the weekly
announcement video, contact Steve Mercer if you would like to be a part of this ministry.
• Work on the new property continues. We are gathering information for the firm in
Roanoke to develop our Master Plan. We hope to have this plan ready to present to the
congregation this year.

Prayer Rally
Focusing on the spiritual needs of our nation. Wednesday, February 29th (6:30pm to 8:
30pm) at Alleghany High School Auditorium. Guest Speaker will be Matt Barber, Liberty
Counsel (www.lc.org) A love offering will be taken at the event to cover cost, but the
admission is free and the event is open to the public. This event has been organized by
Michelle Montgomery, members of Faith and other area churches. Any questions contact
Michelle Montgomery or Staci Martin. – no service at FBC that night.
