HELPFUL INFORMATION FOR OUR GUESTS

Our nursery and early-childhood classes provide a warm, nurturing, and well-supervised
program for your child.  If you have young children with you today, we encourage you to take
them to one of these classes.

If you decide to take your young child or infant with you into the service, please be aware that
we have a room available if you need to take your baby out.  Our Bawl Room is located in Room
14 of our Sunday school addition.  This room is set up with a closed circuit TV so you will not
miss any of the service.  Ask any greeter for directions.

Please do not feel obligated to participate in the offering.  The offering is for regular attendees
and members who consider Faith  to be their church home.  As our guest, we only ask that you
turn in your attendance/response card attached to your bulletin.

Are you interested in finding out more about Faith?  Join us for
Membership Class 201 on Sunday, October 24 from 2:00 to 6:00 pm.  In this four hour class, we
will look together at how God designed the church to meet our deepest needs, what our church
believes and talk about how you can become a part of this church family. We also offer (upon
request) a children's class for ages 12 and under. If interested, please call the church office
(962-6335) to sign up for this class.  A growing church is a healthy church.

If you need any help finding a classroom or have any questions, please see one of our ushers
or greeters or hall monitors (will have name tags on).

Want to get the message of Faith out?  We now broadcast last Sunday's sermon on our church
website (faithbaptistcovington.net).

Dear Friends at Faith,
What a privilege it has been to study the early chapters of Genesis
with you.  You are a joy to be with and your collective ministries
excite and bless my heart!  My wife Donna and I count it a privilege
to count you as our brothers and sisters in Christ and—an even
greater blessing—to count you as our friends.  As I mentioned a
couple of times last month, this relationship is above and beyond
the fact that our son and his family serve with you.  Thank you for
your generous gifts and mileage remuneration to make our ministry
possible.  Your genuine love, care, and generosity in the Spirit
were demonstrated by how you have taken care of us financially.
Thank you very much!  To God be the glory!  May you never see
your relationship with our Creator/Savior God the same way after
the weeks we were together!  (Gratefully, Ed and Donna Chesley –
Deut. 31:8)

Sunday, September 12th (1975-2010)
Music by Wayne, Lisa, Sarah and Josh Taylor

“Do not forget the Lord Who brought you out…”  Deut. 6:5-25

WE WANT YOU TO BE A PART OF OUR CELEBRATION.
“Each day God is writing new things upon our hearts and our years are the chapters that record His faithfulness.”  (Roy Lessin)
We would like for you to write a note/letter about what Faith Baptist Church has meant in your life.  How did you find out about Faith Baptist Church?
How long have you been a member or attending Faith?  What is your part of the story of Faith?  Has your life changed since you have been coming
to Faith?  What is God doing in your life now?  Do you have a place of service at Faith?  (teacher, etc.)
We will be collecting all of our letters/notes and putting them in a scrap book and we will be displaying this book on Anniversary Sunday.  Please be
sure to sign your name… the deadline to turn in your letter will be Sunday, August 15.
Please make sure your note/letter is written or typed on letter size paper so that we can put them in a notebook… you can put your letter in the
basket located at our Welcome Center.
We are so excited about what God has done and continues to do through the ministry at Faith.  Let’s tell our story together…
